The time that you’re coaching really depends on the individual. Some people work on a 1 session basis to gain insight, others work with a coach over a period of time to gain momentum towards their goals or specific needs.
All of my service’s are assessed on an individual basis upon a initial 1-1 conversation & ensures your time with me is fully tailored to your individual needs.
